The plain-English version: you pay $299 once, you own the site, and nothing renews unless you choose Site Management.
Quickstart Sites is a product line of Webnetic LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms cover the three services we sell: the Quickstart Build, Site Management and Site Updates. By ordering any of them, you agree to these terms.
Quickstart sites are static websites. They don't include a blog you update yourself, or an online store. If you need either, Webnetic LLC builds those separately.
The 5 business days depend on the onboarding form being complete and on you replying to the preview in good time. If we're waiting on content, access or feedback, the clock pauses until we have it.
Once the build is paid for, the site is yours. We hand over the source files after launch, whether or not you choose Site Management.
Content you give us, including text, photos and logos, must be yours to use or used with permission. You're responsible for it.
Optional. $19 a month or $190 a year. It covers hosting, the SSL certificate and its renewal, uptime monitoring, and technical support by email. The price doesn't rise at renewal: what you pay this year is what you pay next year.
Content changes, new pages and design changes aren't included. They're billed as Site Updates.
You can cancel anytime. You keep the site, and we hand over the full source files so you can host it wherever you like. Monthly management runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and part months aren't refunded. The yearly fee covers the full year and isn't refunded if you cancel partway through.
Changes after launch are billed at $75 an hour, with a 30-minute minimum. You email us what you need, we quote it in hours, and no work starts until you approve the quote. We invoice when the change is live. There are no retainers and no monthly minimum.
Payments are taken through Stripe. The Quickstart Build is paid in full before the build starts. Site Management is billed monthly or yearly, depending on the option you choose. Site Updates are invoiced once the change is live.
Every build includes the local SEO basics: meta tags, schema markup, a sitemap and robots.txt. Search engines decide rankings and change how they rank sites often, so we can't guarantee any particular result or position.
Anything confidential you share with us is used only to deliver our services and is kept private.
We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits, goodwill, use or data, arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webnetic LLC and its employees, contractors and agents from any claim by a third party, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms.
We may update these terms. When we do, the new effective date appears at the top of this page. Orders already paid for are delivered under the terms in place when you ordered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, where Webnetic LLC is registered.
